Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered for a full refund if the request is made before the scheduled delivery date. However, if a cancellation request is made on the delivery day itself, or if you choose to reject the product at the doorstep when it is out for delivery, your refund will be subject to a ₹40 deduction for delivery and bag fees. In the event that you accept the order but find a product to be damaged or defective, you may initiate a return through our live chat support or via email. Once we review and verify the order details, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, in-app wallet, or as coupons.

Quality, Damaged, or Defective Items

We do not accept standard cancellation requests for perishable items once they are dispatched. However, if you receive products that are damaged, defective, of poor quality, or not as per your expectations, you can request a refund or replacement. You must report the issue to our customer service team within 1 to 2 hours of receiving the delivery. Our team will review your complaint, verify the issue with the merchant, and make an appropriate decision to issue a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Bajaru, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
